Sephora Glitz and Glam - Too Faced 3 Way Liner

When I first saw the advertisements for this eyeliner I was intrigued and really wanted to try it out. I waited and waited and when I saw it was part of the Sephora Glitz and Glam Kit I was so excited. 

Unfortunately for me it was a bust. I tried it twice and really wanted to love it but it took forever to even get it to line. When I went to use it a third time it was dry. So maybe I just got a defective one and I need to try it again. But for now for me it's nothing I would want to go out and buy. 

Overall I give it a D
